Supporting Arms Continuing Care accepts most major insurances. For individuals utilizing health insurance benefits: Please note that you are responsible for all copays at the time services are renders.

For individuals not using health insurance, our fees are as follows:

Initial Evaluation

45-60 minute session: $200

* Please note that all treatment services begin with an Initial Evaluation.

Individuals

​

20-30 minute session: $85

45-50 minute session: $110

​

Couple/Family

45-50 minute session: $120

​

Group

45-50 minute session: $60

​

We accept Visa/Discover/MasterCard/American Express and cash for outpatient services. Payment is required at the time services are rendered.

Cancellation Policy

​

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. This fee will not be reimbursed by your insurance company.
